Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Southern City Flavors Cherry Bourbon Jam
- 1 TBSP chocolate syrup
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Place Cherry Bourbon Jam in a microwave safe bowl. Add a splash of water and place in microwave for 30 secs until jam becomes a syrupy texture.
In a blender, place jam, syrup, bourbon and vanilla ice cream. Blend well. Pour into glass. *Optional: rim glass with chocolate syrup prior pouring mixture into glass.
