Peach Jalapeno Pie Pudding Squares

These mouth watering pudding squares are a perfect match with our Zack's Peach Jalapeno Sauce.


  • Crust
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, slivered, toasted, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar
  • Filling
  • 1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Whipped topping, defrosted
  • 1 jar Zack’s Peach Jalapeno Sauce
  • Garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipped topping, defrosted
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, slivered, toasted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Set aside.
  2. For the crust: In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, melted butter, 1/4 cup almonds and sugar. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  3. Cream Cheese Filling: In medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with Peach Jalapeno Sauce and spread over cream cheese filling.
  5. To garnish, spread pudding with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
