Cranberry Pound Cake
A heavenly cranberry pound cake recipe featuring our famous Zack's Habanero Pepper Jelly.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 can whole cranberry and 4 tbsp Zack's Habanero Jelly, mixed well
- Cream margarine and sugar together, and blend with other dry ingredients.
- Add sour cream, juice and orange peel. Mix well.
- In a well-greased and floured bundt pan, add about 1/3 of the batter, then top with about 1/3 cranberry and jelly mixture, alternating as you go, until you end up with the cranberry mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. You may top with light powdered sugar or drizzle with frosting (just add a little orange juice to the powdered sugar).
