Habanero Egg Salad
Eggs, mayonnaise and Zack's Habanero Pepper Jelly make for one unique egg salad.
- 2 Eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, diced
- 2 tsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Zack's Habanero Pepper Jelly
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine above ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate before serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on crackers.
