Delectable Peach and Crab Salad

This unique salad features crabmeat, peaches, cucumber, lemon juice, mint leaves and our Zack's Peach Jalapeno Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Crabmeat, fresh
  • 2 Peaches, diced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, julienne
  • 3 Tbsp. Zack's Peach Jalapeno Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • As desired Fresh mint leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
